3. Submit satisfactory proof of financial responsibility
A satisfactory financial statement will include a Financial Information Form, along with a bank statement or letter showing the total amount available in U.S. dollars. If the account represented is held by another person (i.e. family member), then a notarized affidavit of support will also be required.
