Application Checklist

All Graduate School applicants should submit the following application materials directly to the Graduate School.

Required Application Materials

  • Online Application * You will need to create a 9-character username and 6-number PIN.
  • Non-Refundable Application Fee *
  • Official Transcripts from all universities attended (Official transcripts reflecting your complete academic record must be submitted. Official transcripts must come directly from previous universities attended. Additional materials may be required.  For example, attested marks sheets are required from Indian universities.)
  • Official GRE Scores (excluding MBA and Accounting applicants)
  • Official GMAT Scores (MBA and Accounting applicants only)
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (Letters must be sent directly from letter writers.)
  • Proof of Immunization form (May be submitted electronically)

All official documents must be original, unscanned copies. We cannot accept electronic or unofficial copies of GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, or IELTS scores or Financial Information Forms. Letters of Recommendation and the Immunization Form may be submitted electronically to the Graduate School email address,

Please note that there may be additional application materials required for your individual program. Those materials are listed with each program's description, and you can refer to each program for a full list of additional materials as well as instructions on how to submit them.

Priority Application Deadlines

Some programs have deadlines different from the Graduate School's deadlines. Unless your program notes a specific application deadline, follow the Grad School priority application deadlines below.

Domestic Applicants

  • Fall  -  June 30
  • Spring -  November 30
  • Summer -  April 30

Any application or non-refundable application fee received after the above deadline must pay an additional Late Application Fee of $25.

International Applicants

  • Fall - approximately May 15
  • Spring - approximately October 1

Fellowship Applicants

  • Fall - February 15

Graduate Assistantships

  • Fall - March 1
  • Spring - November 1
