The UL Lafayette Dissertation Boot Camp is designed for doctoral students who have approved dissertation topics, who are well into their dissertation research, and who are actively writing chapters of their dissertation. It will include group goal setting, opportunities for individual coaching from writing consultants, sustained writing time, and, of course, food and drinks.

This Boot Camp will be limited to 15 doctoral students and is split up into three sessions in June, July, and August in the Library Staff Lounge, Dupre 221. Participation does require completion of an application. Students who are selected to participate will be notified and will receive information prior to the start of the event. Students selected to participate are expected to attend the Boot Camp in its entirety.

Three Sessions Available:

Session 1: June 21-22

Session 2: July 12-13

Session 3: August 9-10
