Masters in Kinesiology
The School of Kinesiology offers programs leading to the Master of Science in Kinesiology with concentrations available in the following areas: 1) Exercise and Sport Science; 2) Health Promotion & Wellness; 3) Recreation and Sport Management. These programs focus on the professional preparation of candidates to develop, administer, and implement broad-based programs in one of the three concentration areas. The M.S. in Kinesiology is intended to prepare researchers and practitioners; therefore, the 36-hour program provides thesis and non-thesis options. Courses will be offered primarily in the evening with some courses during the day.
