Fall 2023 Graduate Student Orientations
New Graduate Students: The Graduate School offers a self-paced orientation for new graduate students that is designed to walk you through the skills, best practices, and resources that are essential to getting off to a great start this semester. It's a helpful guide for your first semester and, for continuing grad students, a resource to be returned to throughout your graduate career. Access the course by logging into Moodle with your ULID.
New Graduate Assistant and Fellow Orientation: Graduate students who have been appointed for the first time as a graduate teaching assistant, graduate research assistant, graduate assistant, or fellow are required to attend the mandatory on-campus orientation on Thursday, August 17th from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm in Moody Hall.
Online Programs Orientation: Students in 100% online programs also must complete the Orientation – Students in Online Programs Moodle course. The Graduate School New Student Orientation above cannot be substituted for this required Online Program Orientation.
International Student Orientation: International students should review plans for the New International Student Orientation on the Division of Global Engagement website.
