How do I apply for graduate school?

If you are applying to the UL Lafayette Graduate School for the first time, you must complete an Application for Admission, pay a $25 non-refundable application fee, turn in 3 letters of reference, submit GRE scores (GMAT if applying for MBA) from ETS, submit official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended, and submit official immunization records form. These forms are available through Downloadable Forms.

NOTE: Most of the programs request additional admissions materials like a statement of purpose or a resume/curriculum vita. Please go to Graduate Programs to learn which specific admissions materials are needed beyond the general graduate school admission materials.

For international students, you must complete an Application for Admission, pay a $30 non-refundable application fee, turn in 3 letters of reference, submit official TOFEL or IELTS scores, official GRE scores (GMAT if applying for MBA) from ETS, submit official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended, submit official immunization records form, and complete a financial statement.
